Safety and Convenience with Innovative Design

Safety is a paramount concern when working with ultraviolet light. The Gel Imaging System is equipped with a UV laser protective shield, allowing safe handling during imaging and gel cutting. Researchers can operate the system without the risk of UV exposure, combining safety with convenience. Additionally, the gel cutting feature enables precise excision of target bands for downstream analysis, facilitating workflows such as cloning, sequencing, or further biochemical assays.

Its ergonomic design and thoughtful safety features make it suitable for various laboratory environments, ensuring that high-quality imaging does not compromise user protection.

Flexible Parameters and High-Resolution Imaging

Precision in imaging is critical for accurate data interpretation. The Gel Imaging System offers flexible parameter adjustments, allowing researchers to tailor exposure, focus, and magnification according to specific experimental requirements. Featuring an 8-48 mm electric zoom lens and 2x close-up lens, it captures high-resolution images with a 6.3-megapixel sensor, delivering clear and detailed visualization of gels.

These capabilities enable precise documentation of gel results, facilitate quantitative analysis, and support reproducibility across multiple experiments. The adjustable settings ensure that both novice and experienced users can achieve optimal results with ease.

Advanced Integrated Nucleic Acid Gel Electrophoresis Workflow Solution

Gel Blue Safe Nucleic Acid Stain is a sensitive, non-mutagenic, ultra-safe and ultra-stable fluorescent nucleic acid gel staining reagent at working concentrations. It can replace unsafe nucleic acid stains such as Ethidium Bromide ( EtBr, EB ) and requires no destaining. It can be excited by 488 nm laser and observed directly with a blue light gel cutter or a blue light scanner. The HT-SUB03+ horizontal electrophoresis apparatus is equipped with a bottom-mounted blue light, enabling clear observation of electrophoretic bands during electrophoresis . When used with the electrophoresis power supply, it features a reserved 12V power interface, perfectly compatible with the blue light for enhanced safety and convenience. Using the HT-SUB03+ horizontal electrophoresis apparatus allows real-time visualization of electrophoretic bands throughout the processenabling continuous monitoring and delivering superior experimental results! The SCG-W100 enables rapid imaging analysis of electrophoretic bands and gel digestion recovery.

Advanced Integrated Protein Electrophoresis Solutions

SDS-PAGE and calibrated densitometry are standard techniques used to resolve and quantitate proteins for purity/impurity analysis. This workflow involves the separation of the proteins on a gel and staining, image acquisition, and quantitative analysis of the gel image.  SCG-W1000 is critical that this process be reproducible, accurate, and sensitive to a variety of proteins.

                                                                                                                                                 SDS-PAGE
